Set in 1849 at the height of the Gold Rush, Legends of the West reimagines classic American Icons in a gritty frontier epic filled with adventure, danger, and betrayal.

At sixteen, Tom Sawyer is on the brink of a respectable future-Harvard a career in law, and marriage to Becky Thatcher. Before settling into that life, he travels to Arkansas to visit his lifelong friend Huckleberry Finn with a reckless proposal: one final adventure across the American frontier, chasing fortune in California. Huck thinks Tom has lost his mind-until he realizes the journey might be his only chance to escape his past and start over.

Early into their travels, they cross paths with Sally McKay-a beautiful, mysterious gunslinger who dresses like a man and handles weapons with deadly precision. Tom is instantly captivated, and against his better judgment, abandons his original plan to follow her.
